PM Company Solution
PM Company provided an optimized solution for pulp consistency and flow control based on the actual production conditions of N Pulp Mill.
Consistency Control
Advanced nuclear consistency transmitters are deployed to achieve online accurate measurement and stable control of pulp consistency, with a wide measurement range (0.5%~6%) and automatic temperature compensation to ensure measurement accuracy.
Flow Control
High-precision electromagnetic flowmeters are installed to achieve accurate measurement and control of pulp flow, improving the stability of the bleaching process.
System Integration
The newly added consistency transmitters, flowmeters, and supporting control systems are seamlessly integrated into the existing DCS system to achieve unified management and optimized control of production data throughout the plant.
Optimization Results
- Pulp consistency fluctuation is significantly reduced from ±1.8% to ±0.5%, greatly improving the stability of the bleaching process.
- Bleaching agent consumption is reduced by 8%, lowering production costs and reducing environmental pollution.
- White water recovery rate is increased by 12%, reducing fresh water consumption and wastewater discharge, and improving resource utilization.
- The system supports remote monitoring and maintenance, reducing the risk of equipment failure and ensuring continuous and stable production.
