Dual retention aid
PM-3569 emulsion organic particles are a kind of high-efficiency molecular emulsion polymer, which can effectively combine with fine materials in pulp to promote the retention of fillers, fine fibers and wet chemical additives. It can improve the running performance of paper machines, extend the service life of nets and blankets, reduce the steam consumption of drying cylinders, and increase the speed and output. This product is widely used in various papers such as corrugated paper, boxboard, coated paper, newsprint, writing paper, etc.
PM-7678 retention aid is a non-toxic, medium-charged high molecular weight polyacrylamide polymer with excellent solubility. It can improve the retention of fine fibers, CaCO3 , TiO2 and kaolin at the wet end, provide a stable wet end environment, improve paper sheet uniformity and paper performance, improve water filtration during paper sheet forming and pressing, thereby saving energy consumption during the drying process, reduce white water solid content, improve raw material yield and recovery system efficiency, have a wide pH adaptability, and can provide a stable positive charge, whether in alkaline, acidic systems or neutral papermaking systems, improve the retention of wet-end colloid substances, thereby improving the efficiency of sizing agents and dyes, increasing paper machine output, and improving paper machine operating performance.
